Subramaniam Jagadeesan, MD, is a board certified internal medicine physician at Valley Internal Medicine Associates located in Mission, Texas. Dr. Jagadeesan has practiced medicine in hospital and primary care settings for over two decades, and he is delighted to share his skills and expertise with individuals living in and around the Rio Grande Valley.
Dr. Jagadeesan earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Stanley Medical College in Madras, India. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from Madras Medical College. Dr. Jagadeesan completed post-graduate training in the United Kingdom and received Member of Royal Collage of Physicians (MRCP) from the Royal Collage of Physicians in the United Kingdom. In 2003, he completed an internal medicine residency at St. Vincent Charity Hospital/St. Luke's Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
As an expert physician, Dr. Jagadeesan has served as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley - School of Medicine since 2016. He is also a teaching faculty member at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg, Texas.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Jagadeesan enjoys traveling, watching the English Premier League and supporting his favorite club (Manchester United), and reading, especially nonfiction texts about world and American history, philosophy, and traveling.
